The Old Guard

This is where it started. Red Wine Crackers, White Wine Crackers, Garlic Herb Crackers, and Tomato Basil Crackers were the first four flavors out of our kitchen, and they're still here. Between them, they cover most of what ends up on a table: aged cheddar and salami on the Red Wine Crackers, goat cheese on the White Wine Crackers (good goat cheese gets better), whipped feta or hummus on the Garlic Herb Crackers, and fresh mozzarella on the Tomato Basil Crackers. Start with these four. Build whatever you like from there.

Our crackers started as a plate, and this set is made for that job. Red Wine Crackers with prosciutto and fig jam. Cracked Pepper & Sage Crackers with sharp cheddar and apple butter. Buttermilk Bacon Crackers with smoked gouda and pepper jelly. Garlic Herb Crackers with mortadella and whipped feta. Four flavors, each one holding up its end of the board. Put it out and see what your guests reach for first.

The Expansion Pack

Four flavors for when you're ready to go further.

Includes: Graham Crackers, Chocolate Graham Crackers, Spicy Chocolate Mint Crackers, and Lavender Rosemary Crackers.

Four crackers that go wherever you take them. Graham Crackers bring molasses, maple, rum, and warm spice, and they hold up under melted cheese or next to a handful of cheese curds. Chocolate Graham Crackers add cocoa to the same base; put a sharp aged cheddar on one and the cocoa reads earthy instead of sweet. Lavender Rosemary Crackers are floral and earthy, and brie with a slice of prosciutto suits them well. Spicy Chocolate Mint Crackers are chocolate and mint with a slow heat. Serve them on their own, or next to a bowl of fresh raspberries, and let people decide. Sweet or savory is up to you. Taste, try something, and decide for yourself.
