The quieter of the two wine crackers — intentionally so. White Wine has a clean, subtle flavor that steps back and lets whatever’s on top take the lead. Good goat cheese gets better. A smear of apricot jam finds room to breathe. If Red Wine is the main act, White Wine is what makes the board work.
