Cracked black pepper brings the heat. Sage brings the warmth. Apple cider — added at the suggestion of the talented Kaylon Sweet — rounds the edges. Good with aged cheddar, goat cheese, or hummus. A dab of maple syrup on top is not a bad idea — and if you want to see something interesting happen, that’s the move.
Available in a larger 15oz bag — good for entertaining, parties, or anyone who finds themselves back at the store sooner than planned.
